The department has the basic and supplementary science courses needed by undergraduate graduates at the institute. These decisions are divided into the following axes:

The department is charged with overseeing the language exam required by postgraduate candidates, as well as overseeing the courses that are sometimes held for some workers or for some delegates as needed. The department participates in all academic work within the Council of Scientific Affairs.
