A Review about the Department and its tasks:

The HR Department contributes to two main tasks:

The first task: 

The Department supervises the curricula pertinent to management and organization in general and to the human resources curricula in particular during the first and second academic phases through recruiting highly qualified and experienced teachers.  In addition, it follows up the Teaching Assistant and focuses on social, administrative and behavior skills and credentials needed for the manager

The second task:

It focuses on the needs of both private and public sectors through holding training courses that provides them with managerial, humane skills that create efficient managers and leaders.
